Testosterone
Alpha Gummies are not a testosterone product and we do not claim they raise testosterone. A small 2016 trial of purified shilajit in healthy men reported changes in testosterone levels, but it used a different product and dose, was small, and needs independent confirmation. Low testosterone has medical causes and should be assessed by a doctor, not treated with supplements.
Weight loss
Alpha Gummies are not a weight-loss product. There is no good evidence that the ingredients in this gummy cause weight loss. Sustainable weight management comes from nutrition, activity, sleep and, where needed, medical support.
What Alpha Gummies are for
Alpha Gummies are an energy support supplement made with 1000 mg of shilajit resin (10:1), KSM 66 ashwagandha, manuka honey, sea moss and vitamin D3. Take two gummies a day and use consistently for 3 months.
